Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Director, Shanghai /Beijing

Objective:To build strong sales acumen with team and ensure team achieve monthly and yearly

sales target

Accountable to:Sales Director ,China

Key Results Areas:(Long Term)

  • Reaching and surpassing set monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Maintain a high level of monthly New Business activities
  • Provide accurate reporting of funnel and forecasts
  • Visit the top 10 accounts quarterly
  • Increase revenue and customer loyalty of the existing base through customer engagement programs
  • Develop team members into more senior roles
  • Ensure team exceed targets/quotas set by the business from time to time
  • Ability to work in a changing business environment while displaying stability in
  • attitude and approach
  • Acquiring and maintaining adequate product, services and industry knowledge necessary to produce results at strategic sales levels with global companies

Key Tasks:(Daily)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates and ensure solid compliance of Arkadin’s Core Values: Respect, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Working Together and Enjoyment, among team members
  • Create and Manage a disciplined and enjoyable working environment in the office
  • Full responsible of driving revenue with the assigned sales team and ensuring high sales productivity with identified and implemented KPIs for the sales team
  • Provide Coaching and Mentoring to local sales team, including channel partner management experience and creative selling skills
  • Provide timely training to sales team, the Arkadin’s value proposition and coach them to translate these to opportunities
  • Guide and facilitate opportunity closures among sales team members
  • Originate own funnel to supplement team target
  • Leverage and engage functional teams to achieve results
  • Develop and maintain contact with key high-level personnel in TOP 30 customers’ organizations throughout area of responsibility
  • Identify and develop customer engagement programs to drive market awareness and build customer loyalty
  • Analyze and create actions plan, of funnels, weekly and monthly forecast, monthly business review
  • Focus on continuously developing the sales skills within the teams by regular review of training and development plans, including the contents & results
  • Maintain or improve effective strategic level negotiation and selling skills
  • Create, maintain and provide effective, accurate and timely sales reporting required by Management
  • Manage and foster team’s accurate business forecasting and maintain an appropriate value level sales funnel for future business
  • Foster team on building close business relationships with the customers, in order to protect and grow revenues and to act as corporate interface between Arkadin and customer at all levels.
  • Review on account plans and forecasts of anticipated revenue and details strategic direction of accounts with measurable, accountable steps, with clear understanding of the customers business, strategic goals and trading methods.
  • Foster close business partnerships and rapport with the customers and Unicom account team.

 

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professional with other departments, senior management, peers and global subsidiaries.
  • Travel domestically an occasionally internationally Conduct semi annual performance review with each member of the team
  • Attend and participant in APAC sales training
  • Other assigned duties

  • 7+ years Sales Management experience

  • IT, Telecoms and/or solution selling experience
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft office applications
  • Organizational skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
