Job Scope:

- Works tactically under the direction of Sourcing Manager to manager Foundry Fabs.

- Ensure robust supply chain execution on implementating RFMD Wafer Foundry Outsourcing Strategy.

- This is done through coordinated efforts within RFMD internal stakeholders and RFMD foundry fabs with Supply Chain Management process such as internal CRP review, Wafer Foundry Strategy Meeting, regular SBR, regular Capacity Review / Reservation, ad-hoc Escalation etc

1. Integral part of Global Sourcing team to formulate and deploy Wafer Foundry Outsourcing Strategy at RFMD preferred foundry partners

2. Manage Suppliers Performance in terms of Pricing, Capacity, OTD/CT, Services, Contracts and Yield Improvement

3. Support Corp teams on New Technology Nodes enablement and NPI platform roll-out at RFMD preferred wafer foundry partners

4. Participate monthly internal CRP review and subsequentially work with subcons on Capacity Reservation by Technology and by Suppliers

5. Price/Cost models: Maintain up-to-date price info-records per latest supplier quotations -  by detailed part number level pricing, tracks monthly price vs BMP (actual vs goal). Ensures SAP master data records accuracy and complete quarterly cost roll ups through finance.

6. Conducts Technology Mfg Cost model for market analysis (cost vs. price) and maintain competitive edge.

7. Drive Cost Reductions as part of RFMD TCPII spirits

8. Supplier Management: Support SBRs & Drive Scorecard improvement activity for the suppliers, maintain & review supply interruption plans.
9. Industry Knowledge: Compile Quarterly summaries of Industry related information for trends on Pricing, Industry related news, Capacity and Technology.

Requirement:

BS/BA Degree in a business related field or engineering field required. Equivalent level of experience will also be considered.  MS will be an advantage.

6 - 8 years experience in Supply Chain Management in Wafer Fab or Semiconductor related industry preferred

English / Chinese- strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong skill in MS office, especially Excel; SAP.
